i’m using it to make roses and leaves but by the next day it turns to liquid

Royal icing should not be turning into liquid. First–check your recipe to make sure that it’s correct. Also consider where you are putting your finished product to dry and the humidity of where you are. If it’s too humid and warm, it will not set up properly or will take a long time. Find a dry, cool place to let it set up in.
